Ingredients

2 tbsps cornstarch .
1 graham cracker pie crust (shortbread pie shells also taste good) .
1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert .
1 1/2 c strawberries, sliced (I use one pkg.) .
1 c water .
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip

Directions

Step #1 Boil 1st three ingredients until clear for about 4-5 mins.
Step #2 Add jello & mix well.
Step #3 Add in strawberries.
Step #4 Pour into pie shell.
Step #5 Refridgerate for 1 1/2 hrs.
Step #6 Top with cool whip & place this in to refridgerator another hr.
