3 c sugar or 1 1/2 c Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking .
2 tsps pure vanilla extract (you may use lemon or almond instead)
Directions
Step #1 Generously grease & flour a 10 inch bundt pan: DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN.
Step #2 Using an electric mixer, cream the butter & sugar together until fluffy; add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step #3 Sift together the flour, baking powder, & salt; alternately add flour mixture & heavy cream to the butter-sugar mixture, begining & ending with flour; stir in the flavoring.
Step #4 Pour batter into prepared pan; PUT INTO COLD OVEN & set the temputure to 325F degrees.
Step #5 Bake for 1 hr & 15 mins WITHOUT OPENING THE DOOR (DONT PEEK); Bake an extra 15 mins if nessary.
Step #6 Remove from the oven & cool in pan for 15 mins, invert cake onto cake plate.
