Step #13 Pinch together edges to seal;crimp with fork.
Step #14 Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Step #15 Repeat with remaining dough & filling.
Step #16 Brush tops with remaining egg white.
Step #17 Carefully prick tops in two or three places with fork.
Step #18 Bake for 20-25 mins or until light golden brown.
Step #19 Cool 10 mins.
Step #20 In small bowl stir this together powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel & enough water for glazing consistency; spread or drizzle over turnovers.
Step #21 Serve warm or cooled.
Step #22 Store cooled turnovers in airtight container.
