Grape Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c shredded carrots (optional) .
1/4 c sliced water chestnuts .
1 stalk green onions, finely sliced .
3-4 celery ribs, washed & finely sliced .
1 (10 oz) can white chunky cooked chicken breasts .
1 c mayonnaise (add 1/2 c for creamier salad) .
2 tbsps Dijon mustard .
1/8 c white sugar .
1 c red grapes, cut in half

Directions

Step #1 Open & drain can of chicken, empty into 2 quart bowl & seperate chunks with a fork.
Step #2 add grapes, water chestnuts, onion, celery, & sugar.
Step #3 Next add mayo & dijon mustard & throughly mixed ingredients until evenly coated.
Step #4 Salt & Pepper to taste.
