Swordfish Steaks With Pistachio Butter Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 (5 oz) swordfish steaks .
  • 1 tbsp sliced flat leaf parsley .
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice .
  • 1/2 c sliced pistachios .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1/2 c dry white wine

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook the pistachios in 1 T.
  • Step #2 of the butter In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame, stirring often until browned, 3 to 4 mins.
  • Step #3 Remove from pan with a slotted spoon & drain on paper towels.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top swordfish steaks with salt & pepper; cook in the same large skillet over medium-high heat in 1 T.
  • Step #5 oil & remaining 1 T.
  • Step #6 butter until almost cooked, about 3 mins on each side.
  • Step #7 Remove & place on serving platter.
  • Step #8 Add wine & lemon juice to pan & let simmer 2 mins, stir in the parsley.
  • Step #9 Pour sauce over steaks & sprinkle with nuts.
