- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract .
- 3/4 c milk .
- 2 tbsps cocoa powder .
- 3 eggs .
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon .
- 3 tbsps sugar .
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
- Step #1 Beat eggs, cocoa, vanilla, milk, salt & cinnamon, sugar, in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Step #2 Lightly spray or grease a skillet or griddle, then heat skillet or griddle over med-heat/flame.
- Step #3 Dip bread slices in egg mixture.
- Step #4 Place in hot skillet or griddle.
- Step #5 Cook about 4 mins on each side.
- Step #6 Serve as soon as possible with butter & maple syrup and/or powdered sugar.
