Macaroni, Cheese And Tomato Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 c macaroni .
  • 3/4 c milk .
  • 1 tsp onion salt .
  • 1 (28 oz) can sliced tomatoes .
  • 1 (10 oz) can tomato soup .
  • 1 (400 g) package extra-sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled

Directions
  • Step #1 Grease a large casserole dish with butter.
  • Step #2 Cook pasta in hot boiling water for 5 mins ***see note***.
  • Step #3 Drain pasta.
  • Step #4 Mix pasta with tomatoes, milk, soup, onion salt & 3/4 of the package of cheddar cheese.
  • Step #5 Transfer to greased casserole & sprinkle with leftover cheese.
  • Step #6 Bake uncovered 1 hr at 325.
  • Step #7 Note: Very important not to boil noodles more then 5 mins or else you will have a mushy macaroni.
  • Step #8 After 30 mins baking if the macaroni looks a little dry add some tomato juice or V8.
