  • 8 oz commercial corn muffin mix .
  • 3 tbsps margarine .
  • 1 c all-purpose flour .
  • 3/4 c soy milk .
  • 2 tbsps sugar or other artificial sweetener .
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda .
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder .
  • 1 c rye graham flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix dry ingredients.
  • Step #2 Cut in margarine.
  • Step #3 Add soy milk.
  • Step #4 Mix well.
  • Step #5 Roll thin, cut into shapes & bake 10-15 mins at 350 degrees until brown.
