Healthy Apple Turkey Breakfast Patties Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey .
  • 1 granny smith apples, cubed (Or whatever variety you have on hand, though G.S. is best)

Directions
  • Step #1 If you haven't already, cut apple up.
  • Step #2 Mix apple, ground turkey, & your spices in a medium bowl.
  • Step #3 If possible, put in the fridge mixture overnight to let turkey better absorb the spices.
  • Step #4 Roll a ball of the mixture, & flatten into a pattie of whatever size you want.
  • Step #5 (4 large patties, 8 small patties -- ).
  • Step #6 Grill as needed.
  • Step #7 (For me, I did about 5 mins on each side.
  • Step #8 ) Serve.
