Creamy Spinach And Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

salt & pepper .
2 c nonfat milk .
1 (15 oz) can creamed corn .
1 1/4 c 2% cheddar cheese .
1 (15 oz) can sliced new potatoes .
1 tbsp garlic powder .
5 c vegetable stock .
1 (16 oz) bag frozen spinach (sliced) .
2 tbsps onion powder

Directions

Step #1 To 5 c of vegetable stock add the spinach, potatoes, & milk.
Step #2 Cook on medium heat until begins to bubble slightly.
Step #3 Transfer to mixer in two or three batches & puree.
Step #4 Then return to pot.
Step #5 Add corn, cheese, & spices.
Step #6 Cook about 10 more mins, stirring often.
Step #7 Allow to cool slightly before serving.
