Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sliced walnuts .
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 1/2 c Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking .
  • 1/2 c Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions
  • Step #1 PREHEAT oven to 200°F BAKE walnuts in a shallow pan, stirring every once in awhile, 5 mins or until toasted.
  • Step #2 BEAT egg whites & vanilla at high speed with an electric mixer until foamy.
  • Step #3 ADD SPLENDA® Sugar Blend, 1 tbsp at a time, beating until stiff peaks form; stir in the walnuts & chocolate morsels.
  • Step #4 SPOON rounded tsps of mixture on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • Step #5 BAKE 2 hrs.
  • Step #6 Cool slightly on cookie sheet.
  • Step #7 Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
