Beer Can Apple Juice Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 c beer .
house seasoning, recipe # 57340 & paprika to taste .
4 lbs chickens .
1 c Italian dressing (bottled) .
1/2 c apple juice

Directions

Step #1 Combine beer & italian dressing.
Step #2 Place chicken in a one gallon a ziplok bag.
Step #3 Pour marinade over & put in the fridge 3-24 hrs.
Step #4 Drink 1 can of beer & fill 3/4 full with apple juice.
Step #5 Generously coat chicken inside & out with house seasoning & paprika.
Step #6 Put can up chickens butt.
Step #7 Place on grill, with a drip pan underneath.
Step #8 Grill at 325F to 350 until juices run clear.
Step #9 Time does not include marinating.
