Ingredients
  • 1 c beer .
  • house seasoning, recipe # 57340 & paprika to taste .
  • 4 lbs chickens .
  • 1 c Italian dressing (bottled) .
  • 1/2 c apple juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine beer & italian dressing.
  • Step #2 Place chicken in a one gallon a ziplok bag.
  • Step #3 Pour marinade over & put in the fridge 3-24 hrs.
  • Step #4 Drink 1 can of beer & fill 3/4 full with apple juice.
  • Step #5 Generously coat chicken inside & out with house seasoning & paprika.
  • Step #6 Put can up chickens butt.
  • Step #7 Place on grill, with a drip pan underneath.
  • Step #8 Grill at 325F to 350 until juices run clear.
  • Step #9 Time does not include marinating.
