Creton à Maman (my Mom's Recipe) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground pork .
  • 1 tsp pepper (to taste) .
  • 1-1 1/2 liter milk (fatter the better but no more than Homo milk) .
  • 1-2 fresh chives, finely sliced or 1 tbsp dried chives .
  • 1 medium onion, finely sliced .
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a cooking pot, place the ground pork & pour the milk over till the pork won't drink no more (no longer absorbs).
  • Step #2 Add about a inch to that of more milk.
  • Step #3 Add the onion, chives, salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Cook at medium heat for 1.
  • Step #5 5hrs-2hrs.
  • Step #6 Once cooked, add more salt & pepper if desired.
  • Step #7 Pour into a appropriate size glass dish.
  • Step #8 Place into fridge overnight & Bingo, you've got awesome Creton for tomorrow's breakfast.
