Tenderized Pork Steak With Salsa & Pasta Foir 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c breadcrumbs .
  • 1/2 c tomato juice or V8 vegetable juice .
  • 2 c fresh mushrooms, sliced .
  • 3 c cooked pasta, your chouce .
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 2 tenderized pork steaks .
  • 2 c salsa, your choice .
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil .
  • 3 tbsps parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix the crumbs & parsley flakes.
  • Step #2 Spice up the steaks with salt & Pepper.
  • Step #3 Dip steaks in the juice then the crumbs, pat the crumbs into the steak.
  • Step #4 Heat the oil in a non stick skillet.
  • Step #5 Fry one side of the breaded steak over medium high heat until browned.
  • Step #6 Flip the steak turn heat to medium, add mushrooms & brown the second side apprx 5 mins.
  • Step #7 Add salsa, cover pan & continue to cook 5 mins.
  • Step #8 Add cooked pasta, mix well, if you want more sauce add more salsa.
  • Step #9 Simmer for 5 minues give it a stir ot two so the pasta doesn't stick.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top with parmesan & serve.
  • Step #11 Looks good with a green veggie along side like steamed broccoli.
