Step #1 Place first portion of milk in a 2L capacity microwave bowl & heat on high power until boiling (approx 14 mins, but watch very carefully toward the end, or it will boil over VERY quickly!).
Step #2 Bring water to boil In a large-ish saucepan.
Step #3 Add macaroni once boiling, & cook til al dente.
Step #4 Drain.
Step #5 Add 2nd portion of milk, flour, chicken stock & seasoning to a shaker & shake til mixed.
Step #6 Add to boiled milk in jug & microwave again on high until boiling again.
Step #7 Add most of the grated cheese to the milk mixture (which should now be thickened) & pour over pasta in oven proof serving dish.
Step #8 Sprinkle top leftover grated cheese on top & microwave until melted.
Step #9 Serve with a salad, or you can add frozen peas/carrots/etc to the pasta while cooking if wanted.
