Pork Cutlets With Apples And Mustard Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 tsp black pepper .
2 tbsps butter .
2 tbsps quick-cooking tapioca .
2 tbsps Dijon mustard .
2 tbsps white wine .
1 medium apple, cored & thinly sliced (leave skin on) .
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced .
2 lbs pork cutlets .
1/4 tsp kosher salt .
2 tbsps apple cider

Directions

Step #1 Grease the inside of the slow cooker (aka crockpot) crock with the butter (leave excess in the crock).
Step #2 Add all ingredients to the slow cooker (aka crockpot) crock, except the pork, apple, & onions; mix well.
Step #3 Add pork, & apples, onions, & toss carefully to mix.
Step #4 Cover up & cook on LOW for 8 hrs.
Step #5 To serve, divide pork among plates, then stir the sauce well to mix it before spooning it over the cutlets.
