Garlic & Chive Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil .
  • salt (optional) .
  • 1/2 tbsp butter .
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced (or any amount) .
  • ground black pepper (optional) .
  • 1 lb of any kind shrimp (or Prawns) .
  • fresh italian basil (sliced) .
  • 1/4 c fresh chives (sliced)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small frypan or wok heat with oil (olive oil works best).
  • Step #2 Fry Garlic until slightly golden brown (1-2 mins).
  • Step #3 Add Shrimp, Butter, & Salt.
  • Step #4 Cook Shrimp until it turns pink on both sides (About 3-5 mins.
  • Step #5 ).
  • Step #6 Turn Heat off & mix in fresh chives.
  • Step #7 Toss together.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top Fresh basil & Black ground pepper on top.
