Step #1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step #2 Spread butter onto both sides of each slice of bread, & cut into cubes.
Step #3 Place them in a bag or bowl, & pour the cinnamon sugar over them.
Step #4 Shake or stir this to coat.
Step #5 Arrange the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step #6 Bake for 10 mins in the preheated oven, then stir & continue baking for 10 more mins, until toasted.
