Chickeneggie Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 c water
  • 3 medium red potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 celery ribs, sliced
  • 3 c cubed cooked chicken

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-qt.
  • Step #2 baking dish.
  • Step #3 Top with the carrots, potatoes & celery.
  • Step #4 Combine the soup, water, salt & pepper; pour over vegetables.
  • Step #5 Cover & bake this at 350 degrees F for 60-75 mins or until vegetables are tender.
