Heavenly Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites .
  • 240 g sugar .
  • 330 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate .
  • 4 eggs .
  • 400F ml cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat 4 eggs with 120 gr sugar until it starts turning white (= ruban)over a hot water bath.
  • Step #2 Take off the heat & beat until it's cold in a cold water bath.
  • Step #3 Melt the chocolate & carefully mix with the ruban.
  • Step #4 Beat the egg whites until they are half stiff & add the other 120 gr sugar, beat until it's stiff.
  • Step #5 Beat the cream until it's stiff.
  • Step #6 Carefully add the cream & the egg whites to the chocolate mixture.
  • Step #7 Pour into small bowls & put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs.
