Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (6 oz) containers blueberry yogurt .
  • 2 c frozen blueberries, thawed .
  • 1 pie crust (9-inch) .
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen non-dairy topping, thawed

Directions
  • Step #1 In medium bowl bowl fold blueberry yogurt into whipped topping.
  • Step #2 Reserve 18 whole blueberries.
  • Step #3 Coarsely chop remaining blueberries.
  • Step #4 Fold sliced blueberries into yogurt mixture.
  • Step #5 Spread in crust.
  • Step #6 Top with reserved blueberries.
  • Step #7 Freeze at least 4 hrs or until firm.
  • Step #8 Let stand at about room temp for 15 mins before cutting.
  • Step #9 Garnish as desired.
  • Step #10 Store in freezer.
