Asian Grilled Salmon - Low-carb - Fabulous! Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 tsp salt .
  • 24 oz salmon fillets, cut fillets to serve 4 .
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil .
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil .
  • 1-2 tbsp garlic, minced .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or more, to taste) .
  • 2 tbsps green onions, sliced .
  • 3/4 tsp gingerroot, grated .
  • 1 tsp brown sugar .
  • 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Place salmon fillets In a large-ish zip-loc style plastic bag.
  • Step #2 In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients & pour over salmon.
  • Step #3 Seal bag & put in the fridge for at least 8 hrs.
  • Step #4 Preheat grill (or broiler if preparing indoors).
  • Step #5 Remove salmon from marinade & place on a well-oiled grill five inches from heat source.
  • Step #6 Grill for 5-10 mins, until fish flakes easily when tested w/ a fork.
  • Step #7 (Turn only once, halfway through cooking).
