Lemon-carrot Bouillon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 slices lemons, very thin .
  • 3 small carrots, peeled & sliced thin .
  • 2 c beef bouillon .
  • 2 tsps lemon juice .
  • 3 tbsps sliced fresh parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine in a saucepan the bouillon, carrots, lemon slices & juice & 2 tbsps of the parsley.
  • Step #2 Cover up & let simmer for 15 mins or just until carrots are tender.
  • Step #3 Serve as soon as possible, ladling a lemon slice into each bowl.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top a little fresh parsley on each serving.
