Ground Sirloin Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg .
  • 4 slices bread, soaked in water & squeezed .
  • 2 c seasoned stuffing mix, finely crushed .
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • salt & pepper, to taste .
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin .
  • 2 tbsps shortening .
  • 3 tbsps onions, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix together ground beef, onion, egg, bread, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 Form into 6 patties.
  • Step #3 Press patties into crushed stuffing mix until well coated on all sides.
  • Step #4 Heat shortening In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #5 Sauté patties about 5 mins on each side until brown & crispy.
