• 5 1/2 c sugar .
• 1 (1 3/4 oz) packet Certo (3/8 c)

• Step #1 Bring juice, pectin & food coloring (if using) to a boil.
• Step #2 Add sugar.
• Step #3 Boil 2 mins, stirring all the while.
• Step #4 Skim off any foam.
• Step #5 Pour into prepared jars.
• Step #6 Sit upside down till cooled.
