Chicken Chipulos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c shredded, cooked chicken meat
  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced green chiles

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Combine the soups, green chiles, chicken, onion & sour cream in a medium size bowl.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 Rip tortillas into bite size pieces & layer 1/3 onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step #5 Layer chicken mixture on top, then a layer of cheddar cheese.
  • Step #6 Repeat two extra times, making sure to end with cheese on the top layer.
  • Step #7 Bake in preheated oven for about an hr & serve.
