• 1 medium garlic clove, minced .
• 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce .
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice .
• 1/4 c cilantro, coarsely sliced .
• 3 medium green onions, thinly sliced .
• 1/2 medium jalapeno pepper, minced .
• 1 tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise .
• 1 1/2 lbs asparagus, trimmed .
• 1/8 tsp table salt .
• 1/8 tsp black pepper .
• 1/8 tbsp worcestershire sauce

• Step #1 Bring large pot of water to boil.
• Step #2 Add asparagus & cook this until tender, about 10 mins.
• Step #3 Drain.
• Step #4 Place asparagus into food processor/blender & purée until smooth.
• Step #5 Stir in remaining ingredients & serve.
• Step #6 Yields 1/4 c per serving.
