• 250 g butter or margarine .
• 250 g flour .
• 4 eggs .
• 2 tbsps vanilla sugar .
• 175 g sugar

• Step #1 Preheat the oven at 180°C.
• Step #2 Beat the eggs until they are foamy.
• Step #3 Add sugar, vanilla sugar & softened butter.
• Step #4 Add flour & baking powder.
• Step #5 Mix well.
• Step #6 Pour into paper c.
• Step #7 Bake for about 15 mins.
