Ingredients
  • 1/3 c peanut butter .
  • 18 oz Hershey's chocolate kisses (unwrapped) .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1 3/4 c flour .
  • 1 egg (unbeaten) .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step #2 Cream butter, peanut butter & sugars.
  • Step #3 Add egg & vanilla.
  • Step #4 Blend in flour, soda & salt.
  • Step #5 Roll dough into 1" balls & roll in granulated sugar.
  • Step #6 Place balls on cookie sheet & bake for 8 mins.
  • Step #7 Remove half baked cookies from the oven, press one Hershey kiss into each.
  • Step #8 Return to oven & bake 2-3 more mins.
  • Step #9 Remove from oven & cool completely.
