Tamari Roasted Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c raw shelled cashews or almonds or pecans or walnuts or hazelnuts .
  • 3 tbsps tamari soy sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 Spread the nuts on a baking sheet & bakd for 5 mins.
  • Step #3 Drizzle soy sauce on nuts & stir well.
  • Step #4 Bake for 5 more mins.
  • Step #5 Turn off the oven, stir the nuts again, & leave them in the oven for an extra 5 mins.
  • Step #6 The nuts will be dry & crisp.
  • Step #7 Allow nuts to cool.
