Peanut Butter Fudge Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (18 oz) package put in the fridged sugar cookie dough .
  • 8 oz chocolate frosting .
  • 1/2 c creamy peanut butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Let cookie dough soften while you preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Mix softened dough & peanut butter together.
  • Step #3 Spray mini-muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step #4 Put a rounded tsp of dough in each c.
  • Step #5 Bake for 12 mins.
  • Step #6 Let cool in pan & then using a sharp knife loosen the c.
  • Step #7 Cool completely on cooling racks.
