2- Step Italian Style Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil .
1/2 lb uncooked pasta (Bow ties are pretty) .
1 tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil .
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup .
1 tbsp butter .
1/2 c sliced italian plum tomatoes .
1 tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes .
1/3 c water .
4 boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

Step #1 Heat oil in skillet.
Step #2 Add chicken & cook this until browned & almost done.
Step #3 Meanwhile, boil water & cook pasta according to package directions.
Step #4 Mix together soup, parsley, tomato, water,and basil.
Step #5 Pour over chicken & heat to a boil.
Step #6 Cover up & cook over low heat/flame 5 mins or until chicken is done.
Step #7 Stir in butter just before serving.
Step #8 Serve chicken & sauce over pasta.
