Ingredients
  • 1 small fresh red chili pepper, thinly sliced .
  • 1 1/2 tsps sugar .
  • 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced lengthwise .
  • 1/4 c nam pla (fish sauce) .
  • 1 small fresh green chili pepper, thinly sliced .
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, halved, & seeded .
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced lengthwise .
  • 1 lime, juice of

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut cucumber halves into 2-inch long sections, then cut each section into 1/4-inch thick strips or thick matchsticks.
  • Step #2 PLace cucumbers in a bowl.
  • Step #3 Add the lime juice, sugar, & Nam Pla & toss carefully untill well mixd.
  • Step #4 Add onion, chilis & tomatoes & toss carefully until well mixd.
  • Step #5 Garnish with whole chilis & corriander sprigs.
