Lit'l Smokies & Macaroni 'n Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley .
  • 1 lb Little Smokies sausage .
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c) .
  • 1/4 c butter or margarine .
  • 1/4 c milk .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup or condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted .
  • 1 (7 1/4 oz) package macaroni & cheese mix, prepared according to package directions .
  • 1/3 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step #2 Combine all ingredients except for shredded cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • Step #3 Pour into a small, greased casserole dish.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top cheese evenly on top.
  • Step #5 Bake, uncovered, until heated through (20 mins).
