Linquine With Artichoke Walnut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz spinach linguine .
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes .
  • 1 (12 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely sliced .
  • 1/2 c walnut pieces, toasted .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 4 tbsps freshly grated parmesan cheese .
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 3 tbsps olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan over high heat, cook pasta.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, In a large-ish bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
  • Step #3 When pasta is al dente, drain & as soon as possible toss with walnut & artichoke mixture.
