Ingredients
8 oz spinach linguine .
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes .
1 (12 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely sliced .
1/2 c walnut pieces, toasted .
2 garlic cloves, minced .
4 tbsps freshly grated parmesan cheese .
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper .
1/2 tsp salt .
3 tbsps olive oil
Directions
Step #1 In a large saucepan over high heat, cook pasta.
Step #2 Meanwhile, In a large-ish bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
Step #3 When pasta is al dente, drain & as soon as possible toss with walnut & artichoke mixture.
