Ingredients
  • 1/4 c pine nuts .
  • 1 c 2% low-fat milk (approximate, enough to cover ingredients or 1/2 c of the creamer & 1/2 c of the whole milk) .
  • 7 oz soft silken tofu .
  • 1 1/2 c frozen fruit .
  • 1/2 c amaretto flavored coffee creamer (or other flavor) (optional) .
  • 1/4 c wheat germ

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixer, add all the ingredients so that the liquid covers all & mix until smooth & creamy.
