Coconut Cream Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 c cold milk
  • 1/2 c cold butter
  • 3 (3.5 oz) packages instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • FILLING:
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1 c confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans
  • 1 c all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the flour & sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Step #2 Stir in the pecans.
  • Step #3 Press into a greased 13-in.
  • Step #4 x 9-in.
  • Step #5 x 2-in.
  • Step #6 baking dish.
  • Step #7 Bake at 325F degrees F for 20-25 mins or until edges are lightly browned.
  • Step #8 Cool on a wire rack.
  • Step #9 In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese & confectioners' sugar until smooth; fold in 1 c whipped topping.
  • Step #10 Spread over the crust.
  • Step #11 In a bowl, whisk milk & pudding mixes for 2 mins; let this stand for 2 mins or until soft-set.
  • Step #12 Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #13 Top with remaining whipped topping.
  • Step #14 Sprinkle top with coconut.
  • Step #15 Refrigerate overnight.
