Ingredients
  • vanilla ice cream or whipped cream .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 3 c fresh peaches, sliced .
  • 3 tbsps butter, melted .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 3/4 c water .
  • 3 tbsps sugar .
  • 2/3 c Bisquick (I used 1 c.) .
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook peaches, sugar, cornstarch & water on stove until thick.
  • Step #2 Place in baking dish.
  • Step #3 Mix Bisquick, sugar, melted butter, & milk.
  • Step #4 Drop on top of peach mixture.
  • Step #5 Bake 20-25 mins at 375 degrees.
  • Step #6 Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
