Step #1 In a small bowl mix crushed cones, butter, & sugar.
Step #2 Press onto the sides & the bottom of a spring form pan.
Step #3 Set aside.
Step #4 Place 3 c of the strawberries in a mixer; mix until smooth.
Step #5 Chop remaining strawberries.
Step #6 In a large bowl stir this together strawberry puree, ice cream, sliced strawberries, malted milk powder.
Step #7 Pour into prepared crust.
Step #8 Cover up & freeze for 8 hrs.
Step #9 Spread fudge topping over pie; freeze at least 2 hrs more.
Step #10 To serve let pie stand at about room temp for 30 mins before cutting into wedges.
Step #11 No cooking time.
