• 2 tsps paprika .
• snipped fresh parsley (optional) .
• 2 tsps salt .
• 1 c all-purpose flour .
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger .
• 1/4 tsp pepper .
• 1/4 c frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed .
• 1/4 c honey .
• 24 chicken wings .
• SAUCE

• Step #1 In a bowl, salt, mix flour, paprika & pepper.
• Step #2 Coat chicken wings in flour mixture; shake off excess.
• Step #3 Place wings on a large greased baking sheet.
• Step #4 Bake at 350° for 30 mins.
• Step #5 Remove from the oven & drain.
• Step #6 Combine honey, orange juice concentrate & ginger; brush generously over chicken wings.
• Step #7 Reduce heat to 325°.
• Step #8 Bake for 30-40 mins or until chicken tests done, basting every once in awhile with more sauce.
• Step #9 Sprinkle top with parsley before serving if desired.
