Butter Roasted Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 2 lbs carrots

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel & cut carrots into 2-3 inch lengths, then halve or quarter each length to make approximate even sizes.
  • Step #2 Place carrots in a casserole dish & dollop butter on top.
  • Step #3 Cover up & roast at 350 degrees for 1 hr, stirring at 20 min intervals.
