Veggie Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 green onions, sliced .
  • 1 c mushrooms, sliced .
  • lettuce .
  • tomatoes .
  • cheddar cheese .
  • flour tortillas .
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced .
  • 2 tsps olive oil .
  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced .
  • sour cream .
  • lemon pepper .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 1/2 onion, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large frying pan over a medium heat, saute olive oil & garlic.
  • Step #2 Let the garlic saute for 2 mins, stir in the the green & yellow bell peppers.
  • Step #3 Let the peppers saute for 2 mins, stir in the the onions.
  • Step #4 After two mins add the mushrooms & green onions to the frying pan.
  • Step #5 Spice up the vegetables with lemon pepper to taste & stir well.
  • Step #6 Cover up the frying pan & cook this until all of the vegetables are tender.
  • Step #7 Serve the fajitas with flour tortillas, lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, & sour cream.
