Thai-spiced Sausages Recipe

Ingredients
  • 14 oz ground lean pork .
  • soy sauce or coconut, sambai to serve .
  • 1 tsp Thai red curry paste .
  • 3 tbsps peanut oil .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground .
  • 3 tbsps lime juice .
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed .
  • 2 tbsps cilantro, freshly sliced .
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground .
  • 4 tbsps cooked rice

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large mixing bowl, place first nine ingredients in bowl & knead mixture with your hands until evenly mixd.
  • Step #2 Seperate mixture into twelve balls & shape into small link sausage shapes.
  • Step #3 In a large skillet using medium heat, add peanut oil.
  • Step #4 When oil is hot begin adding sausage links, in batches if neccessary, & fry for 8-10 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #5 Turn sausages every once in awhile to brown evenly on all sides.
  • Step #6 Serve as soon as possible with coconut sambai or soy sauce.
