Step #1 In small bowl, mix taco seasoning mix, orange marmalade & garlic powder.
Step #2 Spread on both sides of pork loin.
Step #3 Place roast in cooking bag.
Step #4 You can cut off excess bag & you don't need to tie it, just sort of tuck under.
Step #5 Cut a few slashes in bag with sharp knife.
Step #6 Place in 12x7 oblong glass baking dish.
Step #7 Roast in 350 oven for 1 hrs 15 mins.
Step #8 Cut away cooking bag (or otherwise remove roast from bag.
Step #9 ).
Step #10 Slice pork right in the dish in thick slices & bathe in marinade.
