Ingredients
  • 3 oz cream cheese .
  • 8 oz sour cream .
  • 2 tbsps parsley, sliced .
  • 1/3 c milk .
  • 1 small onion, sliced .
  • 1 tbsp butter .
  • 1/8 tsp pepper .
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1 tbsp chives, sliced .
  • salt .
  • 4 medium potatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel & slice potatoes into a large bowl.
  • Step #2 Saute onion in butter.
  • Step #3 Beat together milk, cream cheese & sour cream.
  • Step #4 Stir in parsley, 1/4 tsp salt, chives, onion, garlic powder & pepper.
  • Step #5 Pour over potatoes & toss.
  • Step #6 Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole & bake this at 325F for 25 mins or until bubbly.
