Super Easy Triple Layer Lemon Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 oz graham cracker pie crusts .
  • 2 c cold milk .
  • 2 (3 oz) packages jello instant lemon pudding .
  • 1 (8 oz) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed & divided

Directions
  • Step #1 Pour milk into large bowl.
  • Step #2 Add dry pudding mixes.
  • Step #3 Beat with wire wisk 2 mins or until well mixed (mixture will be thick).
  • Step #4 Spread 1.
  • Step #5 5 c of the pudding onto the bottom of the crust.
  • Step #6 Gently stir half of the whipped topping into remaining pudding in bowl & spread over pudding layer in crust.
  • Step #7 Top with remaining whipped topping.
  • Step #8 Refrigerate 3 hrs or until set.
  • Step #9 Garnish with lemon peel, if desired.
  • Step #10 Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
