Kielbasa & Veggies (grilled) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 red pepper .
  • 8-10 red potatoes .
  • 2 green peppers .
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes (optional) .
  • 2 kielbasa .
  • 1 (8 oz) package fresh mushrooms (whole) .
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or spray) .
  • 2 onions

Directions
  • Step #1 Spray oil on bottom of 8X 10 foil wrap pan.
  • Step #2 Cut potatoes no more than 1/4 inch thick slices & place them in the foil wrap pan.
  • Step #3 Cover up with tin foil wrap.
  • Step #4 Place on top rack of grill on low heat for 30 mins.
  • Step #5 In the meantime, slice peppers in strips.
  • Step #6 Leave mushrooms whole.
  • Step #7 Slices onions to desired thickness.
  • Step #8 Remove potatoes after 30 mins.
  • Step #9 Place all vegetables over the potatoes.
  • Step #10 Place Kielbasa over the veggies & refoil wrap.
  • Step #11 Place on grill over low heat/flame for 1 hr.
  • Step #12 Note: Feel free to add other veggies or increase/decrease what I have listed according to your taste.
  • Step #13 The same applies to seasoning.
  • Step #14 I use salt & pepper.
  • Step #15 Sometimes I add Oregano or Rosemary.
