Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/2 c distilled white vinegar
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 lbs carrots, sliced
  • 2/3 c white sugar
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring a pot of water to boil, add carrots & boil until the carrots are just tender, approximately 10 mins.
  • Step #2 Drain well.
  • Step #3 In a mixing bowl mix the celery, green pepper, carrots & onion.
  • Step #4 Bring tomato soup, oil, vinegar & sugar to a boil.
  • Step #5 Stir well.
  • Step #6 Remove the mixture from the heat & let cool, 10 to 15 mins.
  • Step #7 Pour the mixture over the vegetables, mix until all of the vegetables are coated.
  • Step #8 Marinate this salad overnight before serving.
