Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps powdered chocolate milk mix (optional) or chocolate syrup (optional) .
  • 1/2 c vanilla yogurt .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 3 tbsps creamy peanut butter .
  • 1 banana, frozen in pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix everything in the mixer until smooth.
  • Step #2 Measurements are variable - you can use a whole container of vanilla yogurt, whatever your taste may be! When you have bananas on their 'last legs', more milk, more peanut butter, break into chunks, peel, & freeze in sandwich bags.
