Tata's Pico De Gallo Recipe

Ingredients

salt .
1/8 c cilantro .
1/2 c white onions .
2-3 jalapenos, seeded if you prefer a mild salsa .
4 ripe tomatoes, firm to the touch .
1 lemon, juice of

Directions

Step #1 Cut the tomatoes in a medium dice.
Step #2 cut the jalapenos in a small dice remove seeds if you want a mild salsa.
Step #3 mince the white onion.
Step #4 chop the cilantro.
Step #5 add all ingredients into a serving bowl.
Step #6 stir this to mix.
Step #7 add the juice of 1 lemon & salt to taste.
Step #8 stir once more.
Step #9 put in the fridge until chilled.
Step #10 serve this with chips.
